Custom heart picket fans from Popecho are heart-shaped PP board fans — available in large (281×255 mm finished) and mini — printed double-sided in full bleed with a crystal gloss laminate finish. Each fan is individually wrapped in bubble wrap with a kraft backing card, so it arrives table-ready with no extra bagging needed. Handle colour comes in white or crystal gloss to suit your palette.

- Canvas size: 287×261 mm for the large variant — this includes the 3 mm bleed on all sides.
- Finished cut: 281×255 mm; Popecho's onsite editor loads the die-cut outline for this variant so you can see the exact cut boundary live.
- Bleed: Extend all background artwork 3 mm beyond the cut line to fill the bleed zone.
- Safe zone: Keep all critical text and key art at least 3 mm inside the red cut line — the diagonal-hatched trim zone outside it is removed at production.
- DPI: 300 minimum.
- Color mode: RGB.
- White border option: Adding a white background will bleed out as a white border on the finished fan edge — intentional or avoid depending on your design intent.
