- you hold a valid payment method accepted by us

- Most items are made to order and enter production only after specifications are confirmed and payment is completed.
- An order is accepted when it is confirmed by email or through your account page.
- If submitted content, destination, payment risk, or capacity conflicts with these terms or applicable law, we may cancel all or part of an order and issue a refund based on production or shipping status.
- After production begins, changes may be limited and may incur additional cost or lead time.
4. About Products
Images, Packaging, And Customization

- Previews and mockups are for reference only. Reasonable variation may occur because of materials and production processes.
Artwork And File Responsibility
- We manufacture based on the files you submit.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of those files.
- We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect files or failure to follow file guidelines.
Colors, Tolerances, And Measurements
- Minor color variation is inherent to digital and industrial production.
- Exact color matching across batches cannot be guaranteed.
- Certain products require bleed or cut-line margins, and file-preparation errors remain the customer's responsibility.
- If you specify measurements, you are responsible for their accuracy.
Proofs, Samples, And Safety
- If a proof is provided and approved, that approval confirms the final layout or specification.
- Samples are optional but recommended for larger runs and may involve additional cost and time.
- Some products may contain small parts and are unsuitable for children under 3 years old.
5. Intellectual Property Warranty
By uploading files or submitting materials, you warrant that you own or are authorized to use all submitted content, including artwork, text, characters, logos, brand names, photos, and trade dress, for custom production.
You agree to indemnify PopEcho for losses resulting from a breach of that warranty.
6. How We Use Files
Submitted files are used only for production and customer support. We do not license, resell, or disclose them to unrelated third parties except where required by law or needed for rights-dispute resolution.
7. Prohibited Or Restricted Content
You must not upload or order content that:
- infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- uses third-party logos, characters, or brand assets without permission
- may violate racial or religious harmony laws or incite hatred
- is illegal, harassing, or dangerous
8. Local Laws And Cultural Or Religious Compliance
You are responsible for compliance with the laws and cultural or religious safeguards of your own region.
Where credible legal or compliance risk exists, PopEcho may remove content, pause production, cancel orders, suspend services, or terminate accounts.
9. Moderation And Enforcement
If infringement or legal or safety risk is identified, we may remove files or listings, pause production or shipment, cancel orders, or restrict or terminate accounts for repeated or serious breaches.
10. Pricing, Payment, And Risk Control

- Obvious pricing errors may be corrected
- We may conduct fraud checks and decline suspicious orders
- Promotions remain subject to their specific terms
11. Duties And Customs
Cross-border orders may incur duties, taxes, or handling fees. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
12. Shipping And Delivery
Total fulfillment time includes production plus carrier transit. Timeframes are estimates only and may vary because of carrier capacity, customs, holidays, or force majeure.

Custom products are reviewed case by case. Do not return items without written authorization, because unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Once adequate information such as an order number and photos or video is provided, we will investigate in good faith and respond promptly. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable local law remain unaffected.

All text, layout, graphics, trademarks, and trade dress on the PopEcho website belong to us or our licensors.
