- Public-domain content or content used in compliance with applicable licenses
- Nominative fair use for descriptive reference, provided it is text-only, does not use logos or stylized marks, and does not imply endorsement or partnership
We may request proof of rights or authorization. If you cannot provide it, service may be paused or refused.
How We Handle IP Concerns
We do not adjudicate ownership claims, but we do act in good faith where there is credible risk. That may include:

- Assessing the risk of consumer confusion about source, endorsement, or affiliation
- Requesting proof of rights or authorization
- Removing or disabling content
- Pausing production or shipment
- Restricting or terminating accounts for repeated or serious violations
