How Delivery Works
PopEcho is not a warehouse of pre-made stock. Every product is either made to order through our standard editor or custom-developed with our team, so delivery timelines depend on what you are making, not just where you are sending it.
Production Time
Timelines vary by product category, but most orders take between one and two weeks from confirmation to production completion. Simpler products using our standard editor tend to move faster. Custom development projects, especially anything involving 3D modeling, new pattern creation, or unusual materials, may take longer.
Production begins only after payment is confirmed.
Shipping
Once your order is produced and passes quality review, we ship via air freight. Delivery to most regions typically takes up to 10 days from dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
We currently ship to most major countries worldwide. Import regulations, duties, and tax requirements vary significantly by market. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, contact us before placing your order.
Duties, Taxes, And Customs
Import duties and local taxes are generally the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We are happy to share what we know about customs requirements in markets we ship to frequently, but we cannot guarantee a particular duty rate or customs outcome because those decisions are made by local authorities, not by PopEcho.
Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number where available. We will send tracking details once the order dispatches. If anything looks unusual, contact us and we will check the shipment status with the carrier.
Split Shipments
To balance parcel size limitations and delivery speed, some orders may be split into multiple shipments. If that happens, we will provide tracking details for each parcel where possible.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout, and that someone is available to receive the package.
Once a parcel has been dispatched, the delivery address usually cannot be changed. If a parcel is returned, lost, or undelivered because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for the resulting costs or delays.
Delays, Loss, And Damage
If a shipment experiences unusual delays, is lost, or is marked as delivered but has not been received, contact us promptly so we can work with the carrier to investigate. Resolution will depend on the carrier's findings.
