Custom fleece blanket from Popecho prints your full artwork across 300G flannel fleece in two sizes — 100×150 cm or 150×200 cm. Reactive dye drives colour directly into the fabric, so the blanket flexes and drapes without the print cracking or fading at the folds. The overlock-stitched border frames the finished edge cleanly, single-layer construction keeps the weight light at approximately 510 g (small) or 950 g (large).

File Prep
- Canvas size: Small — 1010×1510 mm (≈11929×17835 px at 300 DPI); Large — 1510×2010 mm (≈17835×23740 px at 300 DPI)
- Finished cut: Small 1000×1500 mm / Large 1500×2000 mm — the canvas adds 5 mm bleed on every side
- Bleed: 5 mm on all four sides; this margin is trimmed away in production
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
- Color mode: Submit RGB — CMYK files are auto-converted, which may shift colours
- Background: A transparent PNG renders as exposed fleece; add a solid colour or white background layer if you want full-bleed coverage
- Safe zone: Inside Popecho's editor the safe-zone overlay marks the finished-cut boundary — keep all faces, logos, and text at least 5 mm inside that line
- File size limit: Max 20 MB per file
FAQ
What is the minimum order for a custom fleece blanket?
Popecho's MOQ is 1 unit — you can order a single blanket to test your design before scaling up.
What file format should I submit for a custom printed fleece blanket?
Submit a PNG or JPG at 300 DPI in RGB colour mode; PNG with transparency is accepted but will show the fleece base anywhere the layer is transparent.
Can I order a sample or run multiple designs in one order?
Each design is placed as a separate order; starting with a single-unit sample is the standard way to proof a new design before a larger run.
