PVC Overlay Card is a three-layer transparent photocard set built around color fusion and image reconstruction. Your artwork is separated into three monochrome transparent cards, each carrying part of the image information in a different color layer. Individually, every card has its own distinct visual style. When stacked together, the full-color artwork reappears through transparent color overlay.

Unlike standard transparent cards, this format is designed as an interactive visual object — part print process, part optical effect. Each order includes a complete 3-card set generated from one uploaded image.

# How It Works

1. Upload one standard full-color image.

2. The artwork is automatically separated into three transparent color layers.

3. Each layer is printed onto an individual PVC clear card.

4. Stack the three cards together to reveal the reconstructed full-color image.

Each card can also be displayed individually as a monochrome transparent print with its own visual character.

# File Prep

**Accepted formats:** PNG, JPG  

**Transparent PNGs:** Supported  

**Canvas size:** Open the product in Popecho’s editor — each size variant loads its exact canvas automatically.

**Finished cut sizes:**  

- Small ≈ 54 × 86 mm  

- Large ≈ 63 × 88 mm  

- Postcard ≈ 100 × 148 mm  

**Bleed:** Extend artwork 2 mm beyond the finished cut on all sides.

**Resolution:** 300 DPI minimum.

**Color mode:** Use the same export settings recommended for standard PVC clear cards.

**Transparency:** This product does not use white ink. Unprinted areas remain fully transparent.

**Safe zone:** Keep important text and character details at least 3 mm inside the cut line.
