Oval button badges from Popecho come in two sizes — 53×73 mm and 63×89 mm — printed with 4-color high-definition 15K technology for the kind of colour density that reads well at arm's length. The laminate layer is fixed at production: whichever finish you choose — matte, hi-gloss, or any of nine holographic options — it bonds permanently to the front and cannot be swapped after the order is placed. The source images call out a manga-optimised colour profile, which means skin tones and gradient-heavy art translate faithfully at both sizes.

- Canvas size: Small — 59×81 mm (697×957 px); Large — 77×107 mm (909×1264 px) at 300 DPI.
- Finished cut: Small 53×73 mm · Large 63×89 mm.
- Bleed: Extend artwork 3 mm beyond the cut line on all sides; fill the entire red-border bleed area fully — flat fills that stop at the bleed line cause visible edge misalignment on the finished badge.
- Color mode: RGB.
- Safe zone: Keep all key text and design elements well inside the finished cut line. Inside Popecho's editor, the oval outline shows the exact cut path — design inside it.
- Symmetry check: Centred layouts are flagged automatically; asymmetric placement near the edge is a common error — confirm balance before submitting.
