Slide acrylic keychains from Popecho are 8 cm sandwich builds — two acrylic cover plates, a printed sticker insert, and a die-cut acrylic figure that slots into a channel between them. When you slide the inner figure out, the layers separate cleanly and snap back together with a satisfying, precise fit that makes the DIY assembly feel intentional rather than fiddly. - Canvas size: Varies by shape — open your chosen variant in Popecho's onsite editor to load the exact canvas dimensions (e.g. ~68 × 70 mm for egg/Tamagotchi, ~80 × 65 mm for burger).
- Finished cut: 80 mm at the longest dimension; die-cut silhouette is shape-dependent and pre-loaded in the editor.
- Bleed: Extend artwork 2 mm beyond the cut line on all sides.
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum.
- Color mode: RGB.
- Safe zone: Inside the editor, a red boundary marks the printable region — keep all critical artwork elements inside this line and clear of the channel slot area.
