- Canvas size: Set canvas to your chosen finished cut size (e.g. 60×90 mm for the 6×9 cm variant); use the bleed boundary that appears in Popecho's onsite editor as the authoritative guide.
- Bleed: Extend your artwork to the bleed line shown in the editor — do not guess the margin manually.
- Safe zone: Keep all critical text and key art inside the safe-zone overlay loaded in the editor; the border frame overlaps the outer edge and will obscure anything placed too close.
- DPI: 300 minimum at final output size.
- Color mode: CMYK. Confirm against the editor template before exporting.
- Background handling: Transparent base boards will show the acrylic and decorative border behind any unprinted area — decide intentionally whether to leave areas clear or fill them.
