✱ ABOUT THIS OBJECT

Custom acrylic photocards from Popecho measure 58×88mm — the standard photocard footprint at 2mm thick, with a mirror acrylic back layer bonded under a single-sided print. Whether your subject floats against that reflective back or prints on a solid background is entirely your call: upload a transparent-background PNG and the mirror composite effect shows through; use an opaque file and you get a clean flat print. Laser-cut rounded corners and a candy-bag-plus-bubble-bag pack finish every unit.

File Prep

  • Finished cut: 58 × 88 mm — Popecho's onsite editor loads this boundary as a live guide when you open the variant.
  • Bleed: 1 mm on all four edges; extend background art to the full 60 × 90 mm canvas.
  • Safe zone: Keep all critical detail and text inside the 58 × 88 mm cut boundary; the editor's safe-zone overlay marks this for you.
  • DPI: 300 minimum.
  • Color mode: RGB.
  • Background handling: Upload a transparent-background PNG to activate the mirror composite effect. An opaque JPG or white-background PNG will print with a solid background, suppressing the mirror layer.
  • File size: Maximum 2 MB per image file.

FAQ

Q: What's the minimum order quantity for custom acrylic photocards?
A: The MOQ is 5 pcs. For runs of 500 or more, contact Popecho for bulk custom pricing.

Q: What file format do I need for acrylic photocard printing?
A: PNG or JPG at 300 DPI in RGB color mode. Use a transparent-background PNG if you want the mirror acrylic back to show through your subject.

Q: Can I order a sample, or submit multiple designs in one order?
A: Each design is placed as a separate order starting from the 5-pc MOQ, so ordering one design first as a sample run before scaling up is a straightforward path.
