Custom mini button badges from Popecho measure exactly 25 × 25 mm — a coin-sized round badge with a standard pin-back clutch. Before you order, you choose: 4-color or 7-color printing, and one of three laminate finishes — high-gloss transparent, matte, or star-glitter scatter. For sets, the optional pill-blister card packages 4–5 badges per novelty medicine-style blister, shipped ready to gift or sell.

- Bleed: 5 mm on all sides; fill the full 35 × 35 mm canvas including the bleed zone — this area wraps around the badge edge and will show on the finished product
- Safe zone: Inside the editor, keep all critical text and key art away from the outer safe-zone ring — slight rotation during assembly means the edge area can shift
- Pin orientation: Cannot be controlled during assembly; do not design with a fixed top implied by edge text placement
