Custom pin badges in an 85×30mm horizontal strip — a format made for eye-catch rows, nameplate designs, and banner-style character art. Seven-color UV printing sits over a holographic or glitter base (40+ patterns) with a PET anti-scratch film bonded to the front, and that flash layer is fixed: every badge has a base that shimmers through wherever your white layer doesn't cover it.

File Prep
- Canvas size: 91×36mm total (85mm + 3mm bleed on each side × 30mm + 3mm bleed top and bottom)
- Finished cut: 85×30mm
- Bleed: Extend art 3mm beyond the cut line on all sides
- DPI: 300
- Color mode: RGB
- Safe zone: Keep all critical art and text at least 3mm inside the finished cut line; cut tolerance is ~1mm, so place nothing essential within 1mm of the edge
- White base layer: Areas with full white base print opaque; areas with partial or no white base let the holographic backer show through — trim the white layer 1mm inside the die line near dark or solid-color edges to avoid silhouette bleed
- Inside Popecho's editor, the bleed boundary, safe zone, and die-cut outline load automatically when you open this variant — use them as live guides before exporting
FAQ
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 unit — you can order a single badge to proof your design. For runs of 100+ units or fully custom specifications, contact Popecho directly for a dedicated quote.
Q: What file format do I need for custom pin badges?
Upload PNG, JPG, or PSD at 300 DPI in RGB color mode. Make sure your white-ink layer is set up separately so Popecho's UV process can read it correctly.
Q: Can I order a sample, or run multiple designs in one order?
Yes — start with a single unit as a sample before committing to a larger run. Each design requires its own separate order; place them individually through the storefront.
