Custom acrylic puzzles from Popecho arrive as a finished 12×17 cm sandwich assembly — front acrylic, printed puzzle layer, and back acrylic clamped together in one unit. Every order ships with a 6 cm pen stand and screws included, so the puzzle goes straight from the package to the display shelf. High-transparency acrylic throughout keeps the printed layer vivid from every angle.

File Prep
- Canvas size: Set your document to 150×200 mm for the 12×17 cm variant — this is the full outer frame boundary loaded inside Popecho's editor.
- Finished puzzle area: The active print area is 100×150 mm; artwork must fill this zone completely.
- Bleed: Extend artwork 2.5 mm beyond the puzzle cut on every side; Popecho's editor shows this boundary as a live bleed guide.
- Color mode: Work in CMYK throughout — RGB or screen values will not reproduce accurately in direct print output.
- Safe zone: Keep faces, text, and any critical detail well inside the 100×150 mm cut area; the outer 2.5 mm on each side sits inside the clamp layer and will not be visible on the finished unit.
- Background: Full-bleed artwork is strongly recommended — the sandwich construction encloses the printed layer completely, so any unfilled area near the edges risks a visible gap at the frame.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity for a custom acrylic puzzle?
The MOQ is 1 unit, so you can order a single design to proof before a larger run. For volume orders of 500 or more units, contact Popecho directly for custom production pricing.
What file format should I submit?
Prepare your artwork in CMYK color mode at 150×200 mm canvas size (for the 12×17 cm variant). Popecho's onsite editor loads the bleed boundary and safe-zone overlay for each size variant — open your chosen size and the guides appear automatically.
Can I order a sample first, or run multiple designs in one order?
Yes — each design is placed as a separate order, and the 1-unit MOQ means you can sample any design before committing to a full merch run.
