Custom rectangular pin badges from Popecho are printed in four orientations — portrait and landscape across two size tiers, 45×71 mm and 55×86 mm — using a 7-colour UV process over a selectable holographic or glitter PET backer. The art layer sits above the flash sheet like a window: where your artwork is transparent, the backer shimmers through in full. A white-ink channel lets you dial exactly how much of that sparkle appears, adding selective opacity beneath specific areas of your design.

File Prep
- Canvas size: Add 1 mm bleed on each side — for example, use a 47×73 mm canvas for the 45×71 mm variant.
- Finished cut: 45×71 mm, 71×45 mm, 55×86 mm, or 86×55 mm — confirm your orientation when selecting the variant in Popecho's editor.
- Bleed: 1 mm on every edge; the bleed boundary appears as a live guide when you open your variant in the editor.
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum.
- Colour mode: RGB — Popecho's 7-colour UV line reads RGB files directly; expect some shift from screen to print.
- Background handling: Keep background areas transparent or semi-transparent so the holographic backer shows through. A fully opaque white background blocks the flash layer entirely.
- Safe zone: Keep all critical art and text at least 2 mm inside the finished cut edge; the editor's safe-zone overlay shows this boundary as a live guide.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity for custom rectangular pin badges?
MOQ is 1 unit — you can order a single badge to proof your design before committing to a larger run. For orders of 100 or more, contact Popecho directly for a custom quote.
What file format do I need to upload?
Popecho accepts PNG, JPG, and PSD. PSD is recommended when you're including a white-ink layer for selective flash effects.
Can I order samples, or run multiple designs in one order?
Yes — because MOQ is 1 unit, you can place each design as a separate order to sample before scaling up.
