✱ ABOUT THIS OBJECT

Square holographic pin badges from Popecho come in two sizes — 30×30 mm and 50×50 mm — with a double holographic flash layer running through both the printed face and the backing film. Under light, that layered structure shifts independently on each surface, giving the badge a depth that reads differently at every angle. PET anti-scratch laminate seals the print face for handling that survives the merch table.

File Prep

  • Finished cut: 50×50 mm (large) or 30×30 mm (small)
  • Bleed: 5 mm on every edge — extend background art to canvas boundary
  • Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
  • Color mode: RGB — do not convert to CMYK before uploading; the 7-color UV workflow uses RGB directly
  • White ink layer: Submit as a separate layer or channel in your PSD; this layer controls which areas are opaque, semi-transparent, or fully transparent against the holographic base — omitting it means your artwork floats transparently over the flash backing
  • Safe zone: Inside Popecho's editor, the safe zone boundary is pre-loaded — keep all key art and text inside that inner boundary to avoid trim risk

FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ is 1 piece — you can order a single badge to proof your design before committing to a larger run.

What file format do I need for a custom square holographic pin badge?
Popecho accepts JPG, PNG, and PSD. PSD is strongly recommended if your design uses a separate white ink layer to control transparency over the holographic base.

Can I order samples or multiple designs in the same order?
Each design is placed as a separate order. Starting with a single-piece sample of each design is a practical way to check how your artwork reads against your chosen holographic base pattern before scaling up.
