A custom photocard binder from Popecho is an A4 PU leather loose-leaf album finished at 260×335×55mm — sized to house a full collection and substantial enough to justify a dedicated slot in your shipping box. Each unit leaves Popecho packed in an OPP bag with corner protectors and a mailer box, so it arrives at your backer or customer ready to open. Two variants let you choose: cover-only, or cover plus transparent PP inner pages for immediate card display.

File Prep
- Canvas: Set your artboard to 595×355mm (7028×4193px) — this includes 10mm bleed on all four sides.
- Finished cut: The binder face trims to 260×335mm; the 55mm spine zone sits in the center of the layout.
- Bleed: Extend all background art fully to the canvas edge — any white or color border left at the edge will be visible after trimming.
- Safe zone: Inside the editor, the safe zone sits 9mm inside the bleed line on every side — keep all text and key art within it.
- Layout zones: The editor marks three areas across the 575mm usable interior width: front cover, 55mm spine, and back cover.
- DPI: 300 DPI minimum.
- Color mode: RGB only — do not submit CMYK files.
- File size: Maximum 20MB per upload; PNG or JPG accepted.
FAQ
Q: What is the minimum order quantity for a custom photocard binder?
MOQ is 1 unit, so a single proof or sample is a valid order. Volume pricing steps down from 11 units.
Q: What file format does the cover artwork need to be?
Submit a PNG or JPG file in RGB color mode at 300 DPI — CMYK files will produce a color shift on PU leather printing.
Q: Can I order a sample before committing to a larger run, and can I submit multiple cover designs in one order?
Yes — order a single unit first to check the finished product. Each design requires its own separate order.
