Custom acrylic card binders from Popecho put your art on a 200×235mm A5 cover cut from 3mm high-transparency acrylic — the same footprint as a standard A5 photocard album. The acrylic reads close to glass: clear and rigid, with no colour cast, so your print sits against it cleanly rather than sinking into a tinted layer. Inside, 20 loose-leaf PP pages in a 4-pocket layout hold standard photocards and 3-inch cards, with a 6-ring mechanism that keeps pages removable and reorderable.

- Canvas and cut: Set your artboard to 200×235mm — design size equals finished size for this product.
- No bleed required: The acrylic cover is laser-cut to the exact design boundary; no extra bleed margin needed.
- DPI: 300 DPI minimum.
- Color mode: RGB.
- Background handling: Inside Popecho's editor, the blue canvas area is treated as transparent — a PNG with a transparent background will show the acrylic clearly through those areas. A white-background PNG renders with visible white fill; a JPG uses its own background colour. Choose intentionally.
- Safe zone: Inside the editor, keep critical design elements away from edges to account for minor cut tolerance. Avoid placing key art within the 28mm spine/hinge zone along the left edge where the 6-hole punch runs.
