Custom makeup pouches from Popecho are UV-printed on clear PVC in two standing triangle forms — Large at 230×140 mm and Small at 190×120 mm — with a black PU-edged top zipper. One early decision shapes the whole piece: do you want your artwork to float against the transparent PVC, or do you want a solid white background printed beneath it? That choice changes how the pouch reads on a table entirely. MOQ is 1 unit, and UV printing runs double-sided, so both faces carry your design.

• Finished cut: Large 230×140 mm · Small 190×120 mm — Popecho's editor loads the correct canvas and die-cut boundary when you open the variant
• Bleed: 9 mm on every side — inside the editor the bleed boundary is visible as a live guide
• Safe zone: Keep all text and character faces at least 9 mm inside the bleed line; the 9 mm bleed zone is cut away
• DPI: 300 minimum
• Color mode: RGB strongly recommended — CMYK files are accepted but converted, and colour shift is likely
• Background: Transparent PNG shows the clear PVC through the artwork; white-background PNG prints solid white; avoid semi-transparent or gradient layers — they print incomplete
• File size: Maximum 10 MB per image

What is the minimum order quantity for custom cosmetic pouches?
MOQ is 1 unit — one pouch in either size is a complete order. For runs of 500 or more, contact Popecho for volume custom pricing.

Can I submit my design as a PNG or JPG?
Both PNG and JPG are accepted. PNG with a transparent background lets the clear PVC show through your artwork; JPG always prints with its background colour included.

Can I order a single sample before committing to more units?
Yes — because MOQ is 1, a single-unit order is your sample. Place each design as a separate order to proof both sides before scaling up.
