A lenticular photocard from Popecho is a standard 86×54mm card built on 75-line lenticular lens material that morphs smoothly between two images depending on viewing angle. Tilt it toward you and the lens ripples like liquid, shifting from one illustration to the other with a depth that flat print simply can't replicate. The effect is produced through inkjet engraving and professional 3D processing — both images are encoded into a single card at production time.

File Prep
- Canvas: Set your document to 89 × 57 mm to include the 1.5 mm bleed on every edge.
- Finished cut: The card trims to 86 × 54 mm — design to this boundary.
- Bleed: Extend background art to the full 89 × 57 mm canvas; nothing critical should sit in the outer 1.5 mm.
- Two images required: Upload Image 1 and Image 2 separately — these form the morph pair.
- Orientation: Use portrait (vertical, face upward) for the intended top-to-bottom morph; landscape flips left-to-right instead.
- Color mode: Submit files in RGB. Do not convert to CMYK before uploading — production handles the conversion, and a pre-converted CMYK file will cause a color shift.
- File size: Each image must be 2 MB or smaller.
- Safe zone: Inside Popecho's onsite editor, the die-cut outline and safe-zone overlay load automatically — keep faces and text inside that boundary.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity for a lenticular photocard?
The MOQ is 5 units per design. For runs of 500 or more, contact Popecho directly for bulk custom pricing.
What file format should I submit for lenticular photocard printing?
Submit PNG or JPG files, each under 2 MB, in RGB color mode — one file per image in your morph pair.
Can I order a sample, or order multiple designs in one go?
Each design is ordered separately; place one order per morph pair. A 5-unit run is the smallest complete order, which makes it practical to sample a single design before scaling up.
