Custom drawstring bags from Popecho are sewn in soft off-white velvet and printed via heat transfer in two sizes — 150×220mm or 210×260mm. Velvet pulls colour differently than smooth fabric: heat-transfer ink sinks into the pile and reads with a subtle depth, slightly muted at the edges where the nap shifts direction. MOQ is one piece, so sampling before a full run costs nothing extra.

File Prep
- Canvas size: upload artwork at 130×165mm for the small size; Popecho's editor shows the correct canvas when you open your chosen variant.
- Finished cut: 150×220mm (small) · 210×260mm (large).
- Bleed: 10mm on all sides — extend background colour or texture to the bleed boundary visible in the editor.
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum.
- Colour mode: RGB.
- Background: Transparent-background PNG gives a clean floating design on the velvet surface; JPG produces a visible background field — use only if that solid fill is intentional.
- Safe zone: Keep all text and essential detail at least 10mm inside the bleed edge; the top 20–30mm gathers into the drawstring channel and partially hides artwork when the bag is closed — place nothing critical there.
- File size: Maximum 4MB per file.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
One piece — there is no minimum for a standard order. For runs of 500 or more, reach out through Popecho's bulk channel for dedicated pricing.
What file format do I need for a custom velvet drawstring bag?
PNG or JPG, RGB colour mode, 300 DPI. PNG with a transparent background is strongly recommended so no white box appears around your design on the velvet.
Can I order a sample before committing to a full run, and can I place separate orders for different designs?
Yes — MOQ is one piece, so ordering a single-unit sample first is straightforward. Each design ships as its own order; place them separately in the editor.
