Vellum print sheets from Popecho are produced on 135g semi-translucent vellum — the kind that hazes light and layers beautifully in the hand. The sheet format is the constraint: no die-cut, no hardware, just a flat printed surface — and that flatness is exactly what lets translucency do its work as a design layer. Three size variants cover bookmark portrait, square, and A6-adjacent landscape, so you can match the format to your layout from the start.

File Prep
- Canvas size: match your chosen variant — 66×184mm, 112×112mm, or 175×118mm — then add 2mm bleed on all sides
- Bleed and cut line: Popecho's onsite editor loads the trim boundary and bleed area for your selected size variant — open the product and both appear as live guides
- Safe zone: inside the editor, keep all critical text and key design elements at least 3mm inside the finished cut line
- DPI: 300 minimum
- Color mode: CMYK throughout
- Background: vellum is semi-translucent — solid white fills will appear reduced in opacity and show through; use no background or very low-opacity fills if you want the translucency to read
- Ink coverage: avoid heavy solid fills over large areas — ink may pool or dry unevenly on non-absorbent vellum
- Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, PDF
FAQ
Q: What is the minimum order quantity for custom vellum print sheets?
A: MOQ is 20 pieces per design. For runs of 500 or more, contact Popecho's bulk channel for custom volume pricing.
Q: What file format do I need to submit for vellum printing?
A: PNG, JPG, or PDF — all at 300 DPI in CMYK color mode with 2mm bleed included.
Q: Can I order a sample, or order multiple designs in the same run?
A: Each design is placed as a separate order at the standard 20-piece MOQ, so you can sample one design before committing to a larger run.
