✱ ABOUT THIS OBJECT

A custom tin storage box from Popecho is UV-printed on a hinged tinplate lid measuring 110 × 80 × 25 mm — snug enough to hold roughly 50 bare photocards or 30 sleeved. The fixed box form is exactly the constraint that makes it work: the rigid tinplate shell, snap-close hinge, and single printable lid face mean your artwork lands on a self-contained, stackable object with no assembly required.

File Prep

  • Canvas size: 80 × 110 mm — matches the lid print area exactly.
  • DPI: 300 minimum for sharp UV output.
  • Color mode: RGB.
  • Background: Fill your intended background color into the file — a transparent PNG will render against Popecho's platform default color in print. Use an opaque PNG or JPG with your own background to control the result.
  • Safe zone: Inside Popecho's editor, a red dashed line marks the printable boundary — keep text, faces, and key elements at least 1 mm inside every edge.
  • Edge bleed note: Color bleed-through near the lid rim and lower edge is a known characteristic of tinplate construction, not a print defect.
  • File size: Under 2 MB per image.

FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity for a custom tin storage box?
MOQ is 1 unit — you can order a single box to proof the design before scaling up. For runs of 500 or more, contact Popecho directly for bulk pricing.

What file format should I submit for UV printing on the tin lid?
Submit a JPG or PNG at 300 DPI in RGB color mode, sized to 80 × 110 mm. Fill any background color in the file itself so the print matches your intent.

Can I order a sample first, or place separate orders for different designs?
Yes — because MOQ is 1, you can order a single-unit sample before committing to a larger run, and each distinct design should be placed as a separate order.
