A custom leather coaster from Popecho is a 100×100mm UV-printed PU leather coaster, 2.8mm thick, available in round or square and in plain or grid-texture surface finishes. That surface choice — plain grain or grid — is yours to make before you order, and it shifts how your artwork reads against the leather background. At MOQ 1, a single unit is a complete production run.

File Prep
- Canvas size: Upload at 106×106mm for both round and square variants.
- Finished cut: 100×100mm — round variant is a circular die-cut within that bound; square is 100×100mm edge-to-edge.
- Bleed: 3mm on all sides — the 106×106mm canvas includes this zone.
- DPI: 300 minimum.
- Color mode: RGB.
- Background: Extend actual artwork into the full bleed area; do not pad the bleed zone with a solid color block.
- Safe zone: Inside Popecho's editor, the safe zone overlay marks the 3mm boundary — keep all text and key design elements inside it. Avoid strictly symmetrical layouts, which amplify any minor die-cut shift.
- File size limit: Maximum 3MB per upload (PNG or JPG).
FAQ
Q: What is the minimum order quantity for custom leather coasters?
MOQ is 1 piece — you can order a single coaster to proof your design before scaling up. For runs of 500 or more, contact Popecho directly for bulk pricing.
Q: What file format do I need for pu leather coaster printing?
Upload a PNG or JPG file in RGB color mode at 300 DPI, sized to 106×106mm including bleed. Popecho's onsite editor displays the die-cut outline and safe-zone guide live as you build.
Q: Can I order different designs as separate orders, or request a sample first?
Each design is placed as its own order — simply submit a separate order per artwork. With MOQ at 1, any single-unit order functions as a production sample.
