PVC clear card printing on a fully transparent PVC substrate — your artwork floats on rigid, glass-clear plastic with no paper base underneath. That full transparency is the hard constraint that defines this format: every unprinted area stays clear, so the design you submit is the design that determines opacity, negative space, and the final visual weight. Three size variants cover photocard, standard, and postcard formats.

- Canvas size: Open the product in Popecho's editor — each size variant loads its exact canvas automatically.
- Finished cut: Small ≈ 54 × 86 mm · Large ≈ 63 × 88 mm · Postcard ≈ 100 × 148 mm; confirm in the editor before exporting.
- Bleed: Extend artwork 2 mm beyond the finished cut on all sides.
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum.
- Color mode: CMYK.
- Background: Any unprinted area stays fully clear — add a solid white flood fill only where you want opacity; do not rely on paper-white for negative space.
- Safe zone: Keep all critical text and character faces at least 3 mm inside the cut line; Popecho's editor snaps the safe-zone overlay into place when the template loads.
