Custom button badges from Popecho are round pin badges in 58 mm and 75 mm — a PET-domed art layer over a metal shell with a pin back, available in 29+ glitter and holographic flash backings. The round format is the constraint that defines the whole product: your artwork must live within a circle, and that boundary is what makes every backing style — flame laser, rose gold brushed, luminous, rainbow — read as a continuous field behind the print rather than an edge effect. The manga-specialised colour profile used at production keeps anime line art and saturated character palettes sharp through the dome.

File Prep
- Canvas size: 70×70 mm for the 58 mm badge; 87×87 mm for the 75 mm badge — both include bleed, pre-loaded in Popecho's onsite editor when you open the variant
- Finished cut: 58 mm round or 75 mm round
- Bleed: 6 mm — extend all background art fully to the canvas edge
- Resolution: 300 DPI
- Color mode: RGB — Popecho applies the manga-specialised ICC profile at production; do not convert to CMYK
- Safe zone: Keep faces, text, and critical detail at least 3–4 mm inside the finished cut edge; the safe-zone ring is visible as a live guide inside the editor
- White ink: Areas requiring visible white print need an explicit white-ink layer — the system does not add it automatically
- Flash show-through: To let the glitter or holographic backing read through, leave those art zones transparent or remove the background there entirely
