A custom mouse pad from Popecho is a 240×200mm dye-sublimation print on woven cloth — 2mm thick, rubber-backed, with a precision stitched edge all the way around. Lay it flat and it grips the desk immediately: the dense-textured rubber underside holds its position without sliding, while the cloth surface tracks the mouse smoothly across your full-bleed artwork. At 90g and MOQ 1, a single unit is a complete production order.

File Prep
- Canvas size: Set your document to 265×225mm before placing any artwork.
- Finished cut: The pad trims to 240×200mm — Popecho's editor shows the cut line as a live guide.
- Bleed: Extend background art to all four edges of the 265×225mm canvas; the editor marks the 12.5mm bleed zone with a red diagonal line on every side.
- Safe zone: Keep text, faces, and key elements at least 15.5mm from the raw canvas edge (3mm inside the bleed line) — the editor overlays this boundary automatically.
- DPI: 300 dpi at final canvas size.
- Color mode: RGB.
- Background: Fill the bleed area completely — no white borders or hard color stops at the image edge, as those will show after trimming.
- Formats accepted: PNG or JPG, under 3MB recommended.
FAQ
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 unit — one design, one pad is a complete order. For runs of 500+ units, contact Popecho about volume custom pricing.
Q: What file format do I need for custom mouse pad printing?
Submit a PNG or JPG at 300 dpi with the canvas set to 265×225mm in RGB color mode, kept under 3MB.
Q: Can I order a sample first, or run multiple designs in one order?
Yes — because MOQ is 1 unit, each design is its own order and every order is effectively a sample run at production quality.
