Custom print t-shirts from Popecho are produced on 210g/m² combed cotton jersey in black and white, with an A4 heat-transfer print area centered on the chest. Each tee ships individually packed in an OPP inner bag with a bubble mailer outer — sealed and ready to hand over at a table, drop into a backer envelope, or stock in a retail bag. The back panel is non-printable, keeping production clean and consistent across every size from S to 2XL.

File Prep
- Canvas size: 210×297 mm (A4) — match this exactly in your design file.
- DPI: 300 minimum for sharp heat-transfer output.
- Color mode: RGB.
- Preferred format: Transparent-background PNG — your artwork floats cleanly against the garment color with no visible box.
- Avoid: White-background PNG on black shirts (prints a white rectangle). JPGs always bake in the background color.
- Safe zone: Keep critical artwork well inside the 210×297 mm boundary; the print sits 80 mm below the collar edge.
- File size: Recommended under 10 MB.
- Accepted formats: PNG, JPG.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 unit — you can order a single size and colorway to proof before committing to a larger run.
What file format do I need for a custom print t-shirt?
PNG (transparent background recommended) or JPG at 300 DPI, RGB color mode, sized to 210×297 mm.
Can I order multiple designs or a sample first?
Yes — place a separate order per design to keep sizes and colorways distinct. A single-unit order works as a sample before you scale up.
