The rounded corner is the only corner option, and that single constraint is exactly what gives these cards the clean, sleeve-ready profile that collectors expect. - Canvas size: 56×88mm for photocard; 64×89mm for game card (finished size plus 1mm bleed each side)
- Finished cut: 54×86mm (photocard) or 62×87mm (game card)
- Bleed: Extend background art 1mm beyond the finished cut on all sides
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
- Color mode: CMYK throughout
- Foil mask: Supply foil-stamp areas as a separate spot-colour layer or clearly marked overlay so Popecho's production line can isolate the foil region
- Safe zone: Keep text and faces at least 2mm inside the finished cut line; pull critical elements away from all four corners to clear the rounded-corner arc

What file format do I need to submit for hot foil card printing?
Popecho accepts PNG, JPG, and PSD files in CMYK at 300 DPI. Supply your foil areas as a separate layer so the foil mask can be read cleanly in production.
Can I order different designs in the same batch, or do I need separate orders?
Place a separate order for each design. If you want to sample one card before committing to a full run, order the smallest quantity first.
