Foil stamping cards from Popecho are printed on 400gsm coated art board in two sizes — 86×54mm (standard photocard) and 87×62mm (game card). The 16-color original-art printing process is fixed across every order, not a selectable upgrade, which means your illustration's tonal range and fine detail reproduce faithfully before the foil layer even touches the surface. Rounded corners are standard on both sizes.

File Prep
- Open your chosen size variant in Popecho's onsite editor — the die-cut outline, bleed boundary, and safe-zone overlay load automatically.
- Set artwork to 300 DPI and CMYK color mode before exporting.
- Extend background color to the bleed boundary shown in the editor to avoid white edge strips after cutting.
- Keep all text and key art elements inside the safe zone — the rounded-corner cut will clip anything that crosses the safe boundary.
- Submit files as PNG, JPG, or PSD.

Q: What file format should I upload?

Q: Can I order samples or multiple designs in one go?
Each design is placed as a separate order, so you can run a small sample batch of one design before committing to a larger quantity. The 10-piece minimum applies per design.
