That uncoated surface is the constraint that defines this format: the kraft tone becomes part of your design, and any white in your artwork renders as natural paper rather than ink. File Prep
- Canvas size: Set your design file to 216×291mm (includes 3mm bleed on all four sides).
- Finished cut: 210×285mm — the bleed area is trimmed away after production.
- Bleed: Extend background artwork fully to the canvas edge; do not fill the bleed area with white or a solid border.
- Safe zone: Inside Popecho's editor, the safe-zone guide sits 3mm inside the cut line — keep all text and key elements inside it (6mm from the canvas edge).
- DPI: 300 minimum.
- Color mode: RGB only — CMYK files will produce a colour shift and oversaturation.
- White areas: White in your artwork will not print white; it renders as the natural kraft paper tone. Design accordingly.
- File formats and size: PNG or JPG, recommended ≤4MB per file.

What file format should I upload for a kraft poster?
Upload PNG or JPG in RGB colour mode at 300 DPI. CMYK files are not supported and will cause colour problems in print.
Can I order a sample, or run multiple designs in one order?
Each design is placed as a separate order. Starting from 4 pieces, you can order a small run to proof your design before scaling up.
