Glitter acrylic cards from Popecho are UV-printed acrylic sheet cards available in five sizes — 6×6 cm up to 14×21 cm — each built over a glitter base you choose at order time. The white ink layer beneath your artwork is editable and programmable: regions you want to read opaque print over a full white underprint, while regions left transparent let the glitter substrate show through directly, and that interplay is baked in at production and cannot be adjusted after submission. Pair any of seven glitter bases with any of seven foil-wrapped border colors, and optionally add laser gold or laser silver foil stamping for an extra surface layer.

File Prep
- Canvas size: Add 2 mm bleed on all sides — e.g. 6×6 cm variant uses a 70×70 mm canvas; 10×15 cm variant uses 104×154 mm.
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum.
- Color mode: RGB; Popecho's editor will direct any profile conversion needed for UV production.
- White ink layer: Keep the white ink channel separate from your color art layer — do not flatten them. Set regions meant to show glitter to zero white-ink coverage; set regions needing opacity to full white underprint.
- Safe zone: Keep all critical art and text at least 3 mm inside the finished cut edge.
- Border wrap: Avoid placing linework within 2 mm of the cut — the border wrap covers that outermost edge.
- Editor guides: Open your chosen variant in Popecho's onsite editor and the bleed boundary, safe-zone overlay, and die-cut outline load automatically.

What is the minimum order quantity?

What file formats does Popecho accept for glitter acrylic cards?
Submit your artwork as PNG or PSD. Keep the white ink channel on a separate layer in PSD files — do not merge it with the color artwork.
Can I order a sample first, or run multiple designs in one order?
